Roll dough and cut out shapes. If desired, use small round decorating tip to cut hole in cuff. Bake and cool cookies. With run sugar, outline and fill one color section at a time. Allow to set and continue to pipe adjoining color sections. Pipe details on each cookie with run sugar using a #1 tip or with a very fine hole cut from a parchment cone. Allow to set up. Tie cookies together with ribbon if desired.
