“love” wedding cake: Lightly spray ribbon band wedding cake texture mat from wedding cake cookie cutter texture set. Wipe off excess with a paper towel. Roll orange fondant to approximately 1/8″ thickness. Place texture mat on orange fondant. Firmly roll over the mat. Remove mat. Cut textured fondant with cookie cutter from set. Cut away ribbon strips, so all that is remaining is the swirls. Attach the swirl part of the cake to a baked and cool wedding cake cookie with piping gel or a thin layer of buttercream. Roll light orange fondant to approximately 1/8″ thickness. Cut strips to fit inbetween tiers. Attach the swirl part of the cake to a baked and cool wedding cake cookie with piping gel or a thin layer of buttercream. Cut “love” from FMM lower case alphabet set. Attach to decorated cookie with piping gel. Create a paint by adding a small amount of lemon oil to old gold dusting powder. Paint “love” and the swirls with gold paint.

Swirls wedding cake: Lightly spray swirls texture mat from wedding cake cookie cutter texture set. Wipe off excess with a paper towel. Roll orange fondant to approximately 1/8″ thickness. Place texture mat on orange fondant. Firmly roll over the mat. Remove mat. Cut textured fondant with cookie cutter from set. Cut the bottom tier and attach to a baked and cool wedding cake cookie with piping gel or a thin layer of buttercream. Roll medium orange fondant to approximately 1/8″ thickness. Place texture mat on fondant. Firmly roll over the mat. Remove mat. Cut textured fondant with cookie cutter from set. Cut the middle tier and attach to a baked and cool wedding cake cookie with piping gel or a thin layer of buttercream. Roll light orange fondant to approximately 1/8″ thickness. Place texture mat on fondant. Firmly roll over the mat. Remove mat. Cut textured fondant with cookie cutter from set. Cut the top tier and attach to a baked and cool wedding cake cookie with piping gel or a thin layer of buttercream. Pipe a small bead border with white royal icing. Allow to set. Create a paint by adding a small amount of lemon oil to old gold dusting powder. Paint the borders with gold paint.

Stripes and dots wedding cake: Lightly spray stripes and dots wedding cake texture mat from wedding cake cookie cutter texture set. Wipe off excess with a paper towel. Roll light orange fondant to approximately 1/8″ thickness. Place texture mat on orange fondant. Firmly roll over the mat. Remove mat. Cut textured fondant with cookie cutter from set. Attach to a baked and cool wedding cake cookie with piping gel or a thin layer of buttercream. Create a paint by adding a small amount of lemon oil to old gold dusting powder. Pipe dots with orange royal icing on the top tier. Paint gold dots with the gold paint. Pipe tiny dots on the middle tier with white royal icing. Allow to set. Paint dots with gold paint. Pipe the stripes and swags with orange royal icing, thinned with a bit of water on the bottom tier. Allow to set. Pipe white dots with royal icing on the bottom tier. Pipe decorative swag over the orange swag with white royal icing. Allow to set. Paint white dots and white decorative swag with gold paint. Add an orange border on all tiers with orange royal icing.
