Little Insect Cookies

Supplies used:
green candy coating
white swirl chocolate transfer sheet
insect royal icing decorations

Melt green candy coating. Reserve a small amount and pour in a parchment cone. Keep filled parchment cone in a heating pad to keep the candy coating from setting up. Dip sandwich cookies into the yellow candy coating. Place transfer sheet on dipped treat, textured side down. Allow to set. Peel back design. Attach royal icing insects with melted candy coating.
