Icing required: Prepare run sugar icing in white and ivory. Prepare royal icing in white.
Wedding dress: Outline and fill the cookies with ivory run sugar. Allow to set completely. Brush embroidery lace scallops using tip #3. Allow the brush embroidery to set completely. Pipe sashes with white run sugar icing. Pipe additional details on the dress using royal icing and tip #1.
Shoe: Outline and fill the cookie with ivory run sugar. Allow to set completely. Brush embroidery lace scallops using tip #3.
Hearts: Outline and fill the cookies with ivory run sugar. Allow to set completely. Brush embroidery lace scallops using tip #3. Allow the brush embroidery to set completely. Pipe center heart or heart border with white run sugar icing. Pipe additional details on the hearts using royal icing and tip #1. Paint “Love” using old gold dusting powder mixed with grain alcohol.

Bake and cool cookies. Roll fondant over texture mat. Peel back design and cut a piece of fondant using the same cutter from baking. Cut off the heel (for the shoes and boot) and the center of the purse. Brush with a shimmer dusting powder, such as luster dust. Attach to cookie with piping gel or buttercream. Roll brown fondant thin and cut out heels. Cut grooves into the heels with a paring knife. Attach to the cookies with piping gel. Roll more fondant thin and cut small strips for the straps on the boot and purse. Roll fondant very thin and cut out rectangles using a paring knife for the buckles. Paint the buckles with gold and silver dusting powders.

Bake and cool cookies. Melt pink and dark chocolate candy coating. Make a parchment cone and pour the melted candy coating in the cone. To keep the candy fluid, keep filled cones in a heating pad when not in use. Cut transfer sheet slightly larger than area to be covered with design. With melted candy from cone, pipe pink candy where the leopard design will be. Gently tap to smooth. Immediatley place transfer sheet on, textured side down. Allow several minutes to set. Peel back transfer sheet. Pipe remaining design with melted candy coating.
